  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 gr grated carrots
  • 125 ml of applesauce (I made from 1 apple diced, boiled with 250 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder until it becomes 125 ml, then blender)

Cheese Frosting Material:

  • 1 block cream cheese 1 block = 8 oz
  • 115 gr unsalted butter
  • 125 gr refined sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make a very tasty and delicious Carrot Cake:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in one container. Set aside
  2. Beat eggs, oil, sugar, brown sugar, apple sauce, and vanilla extract in another container until blended. I use a regular whisk shaker, not a mixer. 
  3. After wrapping, add grated carrots. Beat until blended.
  4. Enter the flour mixture little by little, stir until smooth. Put it in a baking dish that has been buttered.

  1. Mix cream cheese until creamy (I use an electric mixer), 
  2. add butter, mix until well blended, 
  3. add refined sugar and vanilla extract, mix until everything is well blended.
