Ingredients for the Carbonara Sauce Fettucini Recipe:

  • Pasta fettucini - 150 grams
  • Smoked beef, cut into cubes - 3 pieces
  • Eggs - 1 item
  • Cook thick cream - 1 cup
  • Fresh liquid milk - 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 4 tbsp
  • Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Rosemary - 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Steps to make Carbonara Sauce Fettucini Recipe:

  1. Boil Fettucini paste with 1 tablespoon of oil until it reaches the desired thickness of about 6-7 minutes. Lift then drain. Set aside.
  2. In 1 bowl, mix eggs, milk, cooking cream, cheese, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Mix well. Set aside
  3. Heat butter in a skillet, saute onions until fragrant.
  4. Add smoked beef. Poke it.
  5. Put the mixture in a bowl, stir quickly until it thickens. Adjust the taste.
  6. Finally, enter the Fettucini paste. Stir quickly just a little. Lift.
  7. Serve.

Tips:

  1. It can change the type of pasta to taste, such as fettucini or macaroni spiral.
  2. If the cooked cream mixture is too thick, you can add more liquid milk little by little according to taste.
  3. Parmesan cheese tends to give a salty taste. So don't add too much salt and always adjust the taste.
  4. Boil  pasta to cook using Teflon
