Low Fat Food Caesar Salad is one type of classic salad that is very well known. The main ingredient is crispy Romaine lettuce and tastes right on our tongue. This fiber-rich appetizer is very useful for those on a diet.

Serves 4.

Caesar Salad Low Fat Food Ingredients:

  • 600 gr Romaine lettuce.
  • 100 gr Caesar dressing.
  • 80 gr bacon, diced until crispy.
  • 100 gr croutons.
  • 40 gr of cheese, grated.
  • 8 cherry tomato seeds.


How to Make a Low Fat Food Caesar Salad:

  • Romaine lettuce is cleaned and cut randomly. Bacon was roughly chopped. Cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Then mixed together with Caesar dressing until evenly distributed.
  • Place it on a plate then sprinkle it with croutons and order cheese.


Caesar Dressing Material:

  • 1 egg.
  • 100 ml olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar.
  • 1 garlic seeds, finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard / french mustard.
  • 3 anchovies fillets, roughly chopped.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


How to make Caesar Dressing:

  • Boil eggs for 1 minute, then take the egg yolks. Then place it in a container/bowl.
  • Beat and add olive oil, mustard, garlic, anchovies, red wine vinegar, lime juice.
  • Season with pepper salt.


How to make Crouton:

  1. 3 pieces of white bread, cut into cubes or cubes, mixed with melted butter and chopped garlic.
  2. Cook it on the pan until it is browned.

Tips:

Aside from being an appetizer, Low Fat Food Caesar Salad can also be served as a main course with an enlarged portion.

If you don't like bacon, it can be replaced with chicken.
