Soup Gazpacho

Gazpacho soup is a soup originating from the country of Andalusia, southern Spain. Gazpacho is actually made from bread, garlic, salt, olive oil, and vinegar. This type of soup is categorized as cold soup as an appetizer. and have a lot of calories

Spanish Gazpacho Soup ingredients:


  • 300 grams of bread, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion or 5 red onions, cut into cubes
  • 600 grams of tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of apple vinegar or wine
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 100 grams of red peppers
  • 100 grams of green peppers
  • 1½ tbsp of ice water


Supplementary material :


  • 2 cucumbers, diced
  • 3 tablespoons of ground pepper
  • 2 pieces of dry bread, diced



How to Make Gazpacho Soup:

  • Soak bread in water, leave it to shred.
  • Mix the onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil, apple vinegar, salt, and garlic, then mix well. 
  • Then add the mixture to the mixer, add cold water. 
  • Blend until smooth with bread. Keep the cooler cooled.
  • Serve gazpacho when cold with the ingredients.
  •  Sprinkle the ground pepper on the surface of the gazpacho.
