Goulash Goat

Ingredients that need to be prepared :

  • 500 grams of mutton, 500 grams of goat ribs, cut into pieces

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 liters of coconut milk (1 coconut), 1 liter thick, 1 liter thin
  • 2 candlestick grains
  • 4 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
  • 5 tablespoons of Bango Spicy Soy Sauce, for serving
  • Fried shallots sufficient to serve

Softened seasoning :

  • 2 cm ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of salt
  • 8 red onions
  • 12 curly red chilies
  • 4 cm turmeric
  • 5 candlenuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 cloves, roasted
  • 3 deaf eggs, roasted
  • 3 cardamom grains, roasted
  • 2 cm cinnamon, roasted
  • 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar


How to cook :

  • First, boil the lamb meat and ribs until 1/2 soft.
  • Second, saute ground spices, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, bay leaves, orange leaves, until ripe and fragrant.
  • Third, put the seasoning into the meat stew and goat ribs,
  • Fourth add runny coconut milk, cook until soft
  • Fifth, add thick coconut milk, stir so that the coconut milk does not break.


Serve with Spicy Bango Sweet Sauce Gurih and fried shallots.
