Balsamic And Chicken Vegetables


Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins
  • 10 ounces fresh asparagus cut in 2 inches
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 small chopped tomatoes
Directions:

  1. in a small bowl stir together salad dressing balsamic vinegar honey and crushed red pepper set aside
  2. in a large skillet heat oil on medium-high add chicken, cook 5-6 minutes or until is tender and no longer pink turning once. And half of the dressing mixture into skillet. Turn chicken on the coat. Transfer chicken in the platter .and wrap to keep warm.
  3. Add asparagus and carrot to skillet. saute for 3-4 minutes asparagus and carrots until is crisp-tender.transfer to platter
